IMS have extended their pugmill and blending plant range, with the new PM1200-20TB track pugmill which has two five meter long feed hoppers holding 10m3 each, both feed hoppers have separate conveyors fitted with belt scales and totally automated with a PLC control and recording system. The feed hoppers have the option of vibrating hydraulic tipping grids, there is also the option of two powder hoppers fitted with load cells and also can add two liquids. The PM1200-20TB is diesel hydraulic powered by a Cat C7.

The IMS -BP1200-48TB track blender has four feed hoppers holding 12m each fully automated, powered by a Cat C7 Genset with Nord electric gear drive motors which can be connected to mains power. The blender can feed the IMS electric modular pugmill on skids offering four blended raw material with cement and water option in conjunction with a IMS electric 24 meter radial conveyor with auto radial return.
